Eilonwy was quick, slipping behind Luz to strike the enemy that had barreled into her. Putting her strength into it, Eilonwy forced the enemy to move slightly enough that she could follow through with a second attack.

She then stuck to, for the time being, protecting Luz's back, sword at the ready in case any other enemies tried anything. That kind of messed up the divide and conquer plan, but they could recover with enough time.
